These terms cover the website and customer-care messaging program of Mega Pro Appliance Repair LLC. Submitting a request asks our team to contact you; it does not by itself confirm an appointment, repair price or completed booking. The service-specific estimate, payment terms and warranty information provided for your repair govern that work.

When you opt in, Mega Pro Appliance Repair may send recurring customer-care messages related to your repair request: answers to service questions, appointment scheduling and confirmations, technician arrival updates, repair updates, and requested estimate or payment links. This program does not send promotional offers. Message frequency varies with your service request. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, service or payment. You can submit the website form with its SMS checkbox left unchecked. Providing a phone number or requesting service alone does not grant SMS consent.

Reply STOP to a message to unsubscribe from that messaging program. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. Opting out of messages does not cancel your service request or scheduled appointment. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact our office directly. If you want to resume messages after opting out, contact our office to confirm your preference. Sending an unrelated message does not by itself provide new SMS consent.
