How soon can a technician come out?
Same day in most of our Los Angeles service area when you call before noon; otherwise the next business day. We confirm a two-hour window while you are on the phone.
What does the diagnostic visit cost?
A flat diagnostic fee covers the technician's visit and a written repair price. If you approve the repair, the fee is applied to it.
Do you carry parts on the truck?
Our vans carry the parts that fail most often on the brands we service, so most repairs finish in one visit. If a part has to be ordered, we tell you the price and the date before you decide.
Is the repair under warranty?
Yes. Every repair carries our parts-and-labor warranty. If the same problem comes back, we come back.

Should I repair or replace?
Our technician gives you the repair price and an honest read on the appliance's remaining life. When replacement is the better decision, we say so.
